Punjabi singer Hardeep Grewal has shared an emotional post breaking his silence on the trolling and allegations being leveled on social media for the past few days. Grewal has clarified that he is in constant touch with the family of late singer Deepu Kakowalia and is helping them in every possible way.
Grewal, who was silent due to illness,
said that he had been ill for the past one month and was also admitted to the hospital for a few days, due to which he could not immediately respond to the videos going viral. He regretted that in today’s time, one has to tell the truth out of kindness, but due to the circumstances, he has to clarify all this.
Huge medical and financial support provided to the family In his post, Grewal shared the details of the support provided to the family and said:
• Medical support: He provided full support in Deepu’s father’s leg surgery after his accident and his mother’s knee replacement operation (Mohali Hospital). He also arranged for a physiotherapist at home to take care of the patient.
• House renovation: Even when the singer himself was sick, his team was getting the plastering and renovation work done at Deepu’s house. He admitted that due to busy schedules, the painting work was definitely delayed, which was his fault.
• Fixed Income Arrangement: Hardeep Grewal said that he is now trying to arrange a fixed income for Deepu’s family.
Personal Relationship and Appeal
Grewal said that he has Deepu’s father’s personal number and they often talk on the phone. He appealed to fans not to worry, as he stands shoulder to shoulder with the family.
